Delete your account

You can delete your Waqf account yourself, in the app or on the website, at any time. It takes effect straight away and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open the Waqf app and sign in.
- Tap Info at the bottom of the screen, then "Settings & account".
- Tap "Delete my account", enter your password and confirm.
On the website
- Open the map and sign in.
- Open the account menu: the round button with your initial at the top of the page.
- Choose "Delete my account", enter your password and confirm.
If you have forgotten your password, use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen first.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to fhanna@intertech.ps from the email address of the account and ask for it to be deleted. We delete it and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and organization
- Your password and every sign-in on every device
- The record of your request and its approval
- Your email address on any property you suggested
Properties you suggested stay with the project for review, with nothing left that identifies you. Nothing of the account is kept, and there is no waiting period.
